Recommended flow: options �?inventory �?quote �?place-and-pay.
Use X-Idempotency-Key on place-and-pay. Pass quoteId and quoteVersion from the quote response.
Common errors: 60004 insufficient balance; 60306–60309 order/idempotency related.
